CORIANDER CHUTNEY SANDWICHES

Enjoy this Indian delicacy  as a dip  mixed with sour cream or yogurt or a mashed avocado with an assorted vegetable platter.

Make elegant mini sandwiches by dressing them with sliced cucumbers, olives, pickled onions, cherry tomatoes

secured with tooth picks.

Use in creating salad dressings.

Serve with rice dishes such as Biryani rice.

 

Method

 

Two slices of brown bread. Trim edges. Butter and spread with a heaped teaspoon of Himalaya Gourmet Coriander Chutney on one slice. Cover with the second. Cut in fours. Decorate tops with sliced cucumber, cherry tomato or pickles secured with tooth picks.
