GRILLED VEGETABLE SKEWERS

Ingredients:

 

  • 2 tbsp. Himalaya Gourmet Tandoori Masala (paste)

  • diced vegetables such as squash, green & red pepper, zucchini, onion, eggplant

  • 12 bamboo skewers, soaked 

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

  • salt to taste

 

Method:

 

Skewer the vegetables. Brush with them with Himalaya Gourmet Tandoori Masala, salt and butter. Preheat a grill on the medium setting. When grill is hot, add the skewers and lower heat. Allow to cook on each side for about three minutes until grill marks are apparent. Brush again with Himalaya GourmetTandoori Masala and melted butter. Serve warm with Himalaya Gourmet Mango Chutney.

 

Tip:  For yogurt not to curdle bring it to room temperature before adding to any

curry dish.
