Tamarind Tenderloin
Ingredients:
2 lbs. porc tenderloin
3 tbsps. Tamarind Honey Dip
2 tbsps. Low sodium soya sauce
Pepper & salt to taste.
2 tbsps. vegetable oil
Method:
Brush tender loin with the mixture of Tamarind Honey Dip, cooking oil, salt, pepper and soya sauce. Place on foil in a baking pan. Bake in a pre heated conventional oven at 325 degrees F. for about 35 minutes, turning once during cooking. Serve with your favourite greens.
